My back has been getting gradually worse, but the large amount of driving in recent weeks has tipped me over the edge and I fear I may have ruptured another disc in my spine. Am now awaiting the doc getting back from her holidays so I can get it checked out. In the meantime, am stuck in bed as I struggle to move about.
Have injured my back again and currently laid up in bed for the past few weeks!
